Examples of information collected include legal name, postal address, phone number, email address, driver’s license, company name, ITIN/SSN, payment method, vehicle registration, vehicle insurance, vehicle dimensions, and other applicable details. You may request the deletion of your personal information from our database at any time by sending an email to hr@ovn.llc.

While working or attempting to obtain a load, location services must be enabled at all times. This allows precise tracking of drivers’ locations by dispatchers/logistics coordinators to ensure timely and optimal routing for load delivery. Location services must also be enabled to view available loads in a given area.

Information Sharing Disclosure:

Per load agreement, only the following driver information is shared:

• Name
• Phone number
• Vehicle dimensions
• Payload details (as provided by the driver)
• Vehicle location (upon request)

We do not share any other personal information with third parties, except as necessary to provide services or comply with legal obligations. By using this platform, you acknowledge and consent to the use of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
